David Dibble

Born and raised on a farm, David Dibble's surroundings influenced his art from an early age. He completed a BFA in Illustration from Brigham Young University and began landscape painting in earnest in graduate school at the Academy of Art University. Following graduate school, Dibble moved to New York where he worked as a color artist for Blue Sky Studios (20th Century Fox). He created Concept Design for the films Rio, Epic, Ice Age 4, Peanuts, and Ferdinand. Dibble currently teaches Illustration at Brigham Young University and can often be found painting the surrounding mountains and valleys.
